We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Management Intern to join our team. The intern will support the Service Delivery team in ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist the Service Delivery team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Support in the coordination and scheduling of service delivery activities.
- Help maintain and update service delivery documentation, including service agreements and project plans.
- Can assist in communication with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on service delivery status.
- Assist in monitoring service performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Get to sit in during meetings and take detailed minutes for future reference.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Help troubleshoot issues and provide basic support to clients as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support operations during CloudSchool CAMP onsite class sessions Proficient in social media platforms is a plus
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Basic understanding of project management processes and principles (preferred but not required).
