Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct onsite and virtual discussions on various topics (stated below). Sessions will be re-recorded. Apper will facilitate the zoom recording sessions.
- Create course presentations/slides on the assigned topics. Apper will provide the blank template to be used.
- Create practice exercises, and lab work.
- Hold virtual consultation sessions during the course (2 sessions)
- Will conduct ten (10) onsite/virtual sessions on the below topics
- 3 sessions for Introduction to Java and Design patterns
- 2 sessions for Object oriented programming
- 3 sessions for Springboot development
- 1 session for Behavior driven development (BDD)
- 1 session for Test driven development (TDD)
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in IT, mentoring and related fields
- Excellent understanding of JAVA Programming Concepts, Spring Boot Development, OOP, BDD, TDD
- Has prior experience in conducting training sessions
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS, IT, engineering, science, mathematics) is preferred. However, candidates without a bachelor’s degree or non-technical field may be considered depending on past professional experience.
